What you're buying

A Buying Time voucher is a symbolic gift. It represents time for the recipient to spend on themselves, however they choose. It is a digital keepsake and a personal message. It is not a booking, it can't be exchanged for cash, goods or services, and we don't provide any activity or service when it's used.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.

Delivery

• Email now: sent to the address you give within a few minutes of payment.
• Email on a date: sent on the morning of the date you choose.
• Print at home: emailed to you with a link to a printable version.

Please check email addresses carefully. If a voucher hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll resend it.

Your right to cancel

Vouchers are digital content. When you order, you ask us to supply the voucher straight away (or on your chosen date) and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it has been sent. Before it has been sent, for example a voucher scheduled for a future date, you can cancel for a full refund by contacting us.

Faulty or incorrect vouchers

If a voucher has a mistake we made, or doesn't arrive, we'll fix it, resend it or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Personal messages

You're responsible for what you write in a personal message. We may refuse or cancel orders with messages that are abusive or unlawful.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
